I have a loan modification done in June,08. At the time my business was getting really slow so they lowered my interest rate. Right now I had to close my business down, because situation gotten worst. I was wondering if my bank will be willing to do a modification so I can lower my payments and keep my home. Serious answers please.

The only entity that can accurately answer your question is your bank. Call them and discuss your problems.

Not unless you have some income through a job or self-employment. Otherwise, you are not “saveable” which is the purpose of loan modification.
