Don’t hire and pay some company to do what YOU can do yourself! Use that money to pay your mortgage! Go to these forums and get some info and read others experiences with loan modifications and who to call etc. These companies who promise to get your loan modified don’t guarantee they can, and then you are out their fee which can run in the thousands and you are still in the same boat you were to begin with!
